March 2005

Well this month's edition is a little late. It's not my fault February is such a short month. I lost a good 2 or 3 days on that deal. Plus I've been working on my truck for a change…so back off!

Over the last month or so, between the Ashtro Van, and my blazer, I've had some pretty good times working on trucks. Mostly because it's fun to cut shit up and try to put it back together cooler then it was before. And all the while, you get to hang out with friends and learn who your true buddies are when it comes right down to it.

Over the last couple of years, almost all the friends I've made have been because I drive a mini-truck. Sure I still have a couple good friends from high school, and I've even done my best to get them into the scene as well. But when you can look at your truck, (or whatever pieces of it are lying around), and think of all the friends you've made because of it, it's pretty hard to imagine how much the truck is really worth.

Its pretty cool to know that just because we are mini-truckers, there will always be someone in whatever city we travel too, willing to take us in, show us around, go out draggin', and just have a good time. We made some friends in Alberta this last summer that were awesome when it came to helping us out and guiding our lost Manitoban asses all over the confusing city that is Edmonton. We can't wait to return the favor this summer when they make the trek to our show in June, and we will no doubt be headed out west for Meltdown again this September. Continued on the next page...
